Our team consist of highly experienced practitioners with solid grounding and training in assurance and the provision of financial and performance assurance related services. Equity Partners staff were involved in the successful design and implementation of an assurance program in relation to $65bn of high complex Commonwealth non-financial assets. We have well developed processes and tools for assessing the viability of organisations tendering for procured services and funding such as grants. We also assist clients in the implementation of internal processes and frameworks for assessing and monitoring viability of services provided or funding recipients.
We undertake reviews for Commonwealth and State Government agencies in relation to program funding. The review covers the entire process from awarding of funding to assessing the effectiveness of monitoring recipients and ensure funding agreement requirements are adhered to and outcomes achieved. Alternatively, we assist clients in the design and implementation of processes, procedures and systems to ensure the adequate monitoring and managing of risks in relation to program funding.
We assist clients in the development and implementation of processes, procedures and systems to ensure the adequate identification and management of risks. We facilitate clients in the identification, assessment and recording of risks to achieving organisation objectives and associated mitigating controls. We have assisted clients in the independent measuring of the adequacy and operating effectiveness of controls as well as the design and implementation of self assessment processes. We have also assisted clients in the design and implementation of controls where existing practices were identified as inadequate. Our staff have provided these services for a wide range of clients in terms of size and complexity and as such, do understand the importance of understanding the clients resources when developing solutions.
