Pan is passionate about providing clients with streamlined financial processes, which utilise developments in technology, to create efficient and effective financial reporting to facilitate good decision about the allocation of resources.
In April 2014, Pan joined Equity Partners as a senior consultant to utilise her private and public sector’s knowledge and experience to service her clients. Pan has a very strong focus on customer service that she endeavours to find the best solutions to resolve clients’ issues and improve clients’ financial outcomes.
Pan has worked with a number of Not-for-Profit organisations in the past and developed a very strong passion to assist Not-for-Profit organisations better managing their finance and the use of their resources on key strategy deliveries. In order to achieve that, Pan has developed a streamlined financial management process (the “Clockwork” business model) for Not-for-Profit organisations. This business model can transform the financial management for Not-for-Profit organisations and provide the best results for their members.
Pan came to Australia 13 years ago from China to study her Master degree in Professional Accounting in Melbourne. Upon her graduation, she moved to Canberra 11 year ago. Since then she has worked in a number of second tier accounting firms as senior tax and forensic accountant. She also owned her own CPA accounting practice which mainly servicing Canberra’s Chinese Community.
In 2008, after becoming a CPA, Pan left the private sector and joined one of the largest Commonwealth Agencies. In the following 6 years, she has worked as divisional finance officer, management accountant in corporate budget and management reporting section, and administrator and developer of budgeting and management accounting system. Throughout all these roles, Pan has accumulated extensive working knowledge and experience in financial accounting, procurement, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, training and financial system administration and developing.
